Neisha Grace, Sofia
June 14 2019 - Doors at 6 pm - Show at 7pm
Neisha Grace is a singer-songwriter currently based out of Jenkintown, who loves to tell honest stories through her songwriting. Her musical journey began with church, when she started singing in the praise in worship band at just seven years old. While church ignited her love for music, it was truly college that helped her believe she had something special. She is a graduate from West Chester University where she majored in music, and learned the tools and discipline that she needed to follow her dreams. Since college Neisha hit the ground running with performing and writing as much as she could, and searched to find her niche in the industry. She has become known for her heartfelt lyrics, and her seamless way of finding the right melodies to capture her listeners. In October of 2018, she made one of her dreams come true. Natalie Weiss, contemporary Broadway songstress lended her beautiful voice to Neisha's first released single "Lovestruck." Through this song you can hear Neisha's love for writing simple yet impactful melodies as she takes you on a journey through falling in love. People latched on to the single, as it climbed to 33,000 streams in just one month! Following the digital release, she released a music video to give her listeners a visual experience featuring two contemporary dancers who breathed new life into the love story. Be on the lookout for more music from Neisha Grace, because she's only touched the surface.
Sofia is a 16 year old singer-songwriter who has been singing for as long as she can remember. Her love for music was strongly fueled by her artistic family. Sofia started writing songs when she was 14 years old, and has continued to share her stories through music since. She is strongly influenced and inspired by artists like Amy Winehouse, The Beatles and John Mayer. She is happiest when performing on stage or singing with her friends and family. Sofia plans to turn her passion for writing and sharing music into a career after graduating high school.
